Experience
Langford and Brown was formed by Cecil Langford and LG Brown. Both men have had many years experience in the Lands Department and Land Valuation Department. Cecil Langford was Commissioner of Lands and Managing Director of The Frome Monymusk Land Company. LG Brown was a senior valuer in the office of the Land Valuation Department. Cecil Langford is retired and now a consultant to the firm. LG Brown retired and died in 2005.
Gordon Langford, aged 54, (son of Cecil Langford) qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1980, in London. He practised with the Inland Revenue, and Savills in London. He returned to Jamaica at the end of 1995 after 28 years in England. Gordon Langford is a past President of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (www.RealtorsJamaica.com), and a past Board Member of the Real Estate Board (www.reb.gov.jm)
