Our fees for advice on property matters are by negotiation, depending on the time, complexity and value of the property.
Charges
Appraisals:
Our charges are dependant on the size and value of the property, with the rate being 0.03% of the value found. As an example, fees can vary from Ja$15,000 plus GCT for a valuation of a Ja$5,000,000 house in Kingston upwards. For larger properties, a discount structure will apply. Valuations out of the Kingston area attract a travelling fee of Ja$20 per mile.
Sales:
The normal fee is 5% of the sale price finally agreed. This fee is negotiable on larger properties. |
